STUDENT FIRE ENGINEER

Solis Fire Engineers is a boutique fire safety engineering consultancy that provides innovative and cost-effective fire safety services to clients across Australia and internationally. We work on a wide variety of projects, including Defence, Health, Aviation, Tertiary Education, Data Centres, Automated Industrial Facilities, large scale Infrastructure Projects, Public Event Venues, Stadiums, major mixed use Residential Developments and Commercial Precincts.
As a student fire safety engineer, you will assist our senior engineers to conduct fire safety assessments, prepare fire safety reports, and carry out computer fire and evacuation modelling for various projects. You will also have the opportunity to learn from our mentors, attend training sessions, and participate in industry events.
To be eligible for this position, you must:

Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in engineering (preferably civil, mechanical, chemical or electrical) at an Australian university.

Have completed at least two years of your degree with a minimum GPA of 5.0.

Have an interest in fire safety engineering and a willingness to learn new skills.

Have excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
